Scott ForrestNot having seen the card, I don't know who's opinion on the trimming is correct, the seller's or SGC's. But Andrew obviously couldn't have told it was trimmed, or he wouldn't have submitted it. And the seller thought it was un-trimmed. Who's to say that SGC's opinion is any more valid than the seller? Certainly the seller has the right to maintain that his own opinion about trimming is at least as valid as that of 3rd-party grading companies...heck, he basically said that in his policies.
Does the buyer have the right to say "I don't care about your opinion or your policy - if I send it to a 3rd party grader we both will abide by their decision." ? I don't think so.
