So combs signature shows a good amount of variation throughout his life and even within later life, notably in the capital e capital c and the end of the s. I couldn't find an example where all three of those markers looked similar to yours, although if could find ones that had one or two of those markers similar. If one major tpg can authenticate I'd say go with it, it's very possible that it could be fine. It also looks a bit less smooth/ more shaky than other late in life sigs. I would be hesitant to buy it for my collection based on these merits. That having been said again it's entirely possible it could be good. This is why I imagine there was an issue with experts agreeing. Sorry I can't be more help.
