One of the things I always wondered about was the finds of unopened packs mentioned on the PSA website. The only unopened pack I ever saw was auctioned off in a GAI holder. The board pretty quickly figured out the card was Glenn Presnell and it was also mentioned that with the number of wrappers out there unopened packs could be faked. Here's the article:
