If I remember correctly from some prior thread, there are some frames available at Target that people seemed to like to hold slabbed cards.

Edited to add: I imagine you could modify the matting to have it show only the card (instead of all the slab). Note also for ideas the nice custom-framed T206s in the upcoming Mastro auction, though those are not in a slab.
