jay behrensAdam, this exactly why eBay's feedback system is a total joke. Everyone is so scared of getting a neg, that they are afraid to leave one when it is warranted. I am sure you are not the first person he has not paid for an auction, and prolly not the last. If everyone would leave negs when warranted, then these people would eventually get booted and the negs would appear with a user that was NARU.
In my experience, reataliatory negs don't happen that often I left over a dozen negs and ahve gotten 2 retaliatory negs. Big deal. I'll let my past dealings speak for themselves.
