He has already been suspended, is the gripe that he was traded for or do people expect Houston to do some sort of additional punishment? Manfred has basically already tied MLBs hands by punishment before he is tried. So, he shouldn't have been suspended until after the trial? Maybe Toronto knew more than Houston did. Either way, Manfred was in a no-win position...which, I believe, comes with the job.
