i find most sellers who put that in their auction are selling cards graded by the less reputable grading services like pro and csa. i know if i bought a csa 7 card and measured it to find it had been trimmed i would want to return it even though it is technically graded and authenticated by a third party. if its an sgc or psa card though i dont see why someone would want to send it back.
