I am not familiar with this particular set … but I’m pretty sure it was produced by Topps. And other period Topps sets have similar color anomalies - often created when a color pass is missing or lighter than normal. these types of varieties are appreciated by variation collectors but rarely valuable (monetarily at least). Personally I like variations and think what you’ve found is pretty neat.
