Rob D.I don't think Leon will mind me posting a clarification: After exchanging e-mails with him, and after Leon contacted his friend, it was confirmed that the two complete sets he mentioned contain Bob Kennedy cards that do not have the coupon.
The Kennedy card is far and away the rarest in the set. When found, it almost always is missing the coupon. To think that one collector has two with the coupon ...
