Sorry bout' putting a Football item here but I've seen other non-baseball threads and figured someone here may have some info about this one. I'd guess 60' or 61' which would be pre-Al Davis. Does anyone know if the Raiders ever issued stock or could this be a season ticket promotion? Any feedback is appreciated.
