I'm going to agree with tazmd and sycks22 on #10. I think it is Vizquel. I never got him IP so I had nothing to compare to, but looking at a few online compared to Strawberry I got IP I am inclined to agree.
Strawberry's sig is similar, but his "D" is pretty consistent and doesn't match #10 as posted or upside down, nor are there as many loops overall. It does more closely match Omar, so I've changed my original consolidated list.
