Mike H, Greg T, and Rob D could all give you some great custom framing advice. I do my own framing with black sectionals, for a uniform look among all my stuff... nice for me, but not overly imaginitive.
The guys mentioned above (and I know I've overlooked others) have all used professional framers, and have exhibited some amazing work on Net 54. The Matty would be stunning, if framed properly. If you search a few previous threads for "framing" or "pennants", you'll see some marvelous examples which may provide you some good ideas.
Regarding the Pennant Lot you won, I feel that the green Brooklyn Pennant is waaaaay undervalued. It clearly depicts Jackie Robinson in his playing days, and is an important/very attractive piece. These are now drying up big time, so that was a very nice acquisition. Congrats!
