Default OT pitching history question for the experts

Posted By: Frank Wakefield

I like Steve's recollection of Johnny Allen's 15-1 in 1937. He gets forgotten... That was the year the old rookie Jim Turner won 20 games.

Spud Chandler was dominate in 1943. 20-4.

Smokey Joe Wood had a really good year in there somewhere...

I go with Barry, Face had one fine year. And as best as I can tell, a game won in relief counts as much as a game won by a starter.
