Yep, a wrong back from flipped sheet. Most collectors are not interested in wrong backs, and as an error collector I tend to ignore them but they are less common in vintage so it may draw some interest on the right day. I would not think it was unique, but definitely very rare.

You could do the common thing and put it in the eBay museum for some crazy price for eternity. Or...you could put it to auction and you may get a hundred bucks or so if in good condition.
