RCI'm definitely a newbie, Feb. of this year. Was on the Beckett board and was pointed this way when I had questions regarding '33 Goudeys and Wide Pens. What a great resource and also it seems to be a close knit group of people. Even with the occasional squabble, which actually makes it that much more interesting, it is the best I have found.
Regarding my vintage questions, my thanks to Tim Newcomb for pointing me to the "Old Cardboard" publications. I just received my back issues that included his articles on wide/thin pens of the '30's, fantastic reading and I have been able to categorize my collection. I can't wait until my first current issue gets here.
In my short time on the board, I have learned a lot, bought from a board member, and been given collecting advice and wisdom that I just didn't expect to find.
