With the current Legendary Auction T-206 Wagner, the images for the lot show the card as it is now (some restoration removed, in PSA A holder) and images of the card when it was in its previous restored state. So this allows you to see how it changed to its latest appearance.
As an answer to your general question, yes - if they have before/after, I'd like to see it as a potential bidder.
