MWTry to make one last effort to "reason" with the seller. Call him and find out if he has enough experience with vintage cards to be able to distinguish between an original and reprinted 1933 DeLong. Ask him where he got the cards from. Ask him if he has ever encountered this type of problem before. Review his eBay sales records the past few months (if you have them). Take notes as he answers these questions...they may be important later. If this effort is futile then proceed with the above steps. Also, as a public service to others on this forum, publish his eBay user name.
