54 and 71 Topps. The 54 set was the first old set I ever saw in any detail when a neighbor got a bunch of them from a friend of their family. I remember that Mays card with the vivid yellow just knocking the breath out of me and I was hooked. The 1971 set is the first one I really bought in the packs. I still have a handful of them too.
