Thanks to everyone who voted and commented. I just wanted to get a reality check and the responses are no different than a few years ago when there was another similar situation. Things tend to take care of themselves, or easier decisions are to be had, only later. For the moment I got what I needed. This is kind of a "negative" thread so I am going to close it. Lets get back to talkin' some cards. Thanks again!!
