Mike H$401.40 with the museum glass, invisible hand stitching to the matt. These folks to museum quality work in Ann Arbor. I think the price is fair considering the dimensions of the suede matt are 40" x 19" and the wood frame is ornate,thick, and heavy. You can't tell from the pic, but the glass is about 3/4" from the pennant, so there is a shadow box effect.
