Exist among some of our non Cuban sellers to a higher degree.

First of all, you can not compare the population of the Cuban or Latino specialist with the pop of say the T206 crowd, or other major sets.
Simply stated, it's all based on supply and demand, and there's no comparisons between the two markets.

Frankly, I was expecting Christoff to chime in.
This is one of his areas of expertise.
