Well, the first is the Cardinals World Series Press Pin from 1985. But it should have "Balfour" stamped on the back side in large letters (should not have blank back). The value is normally about $85, but without the Balfour imprint, I am not sure...

The second is the NY Yankees World Series press Pin from 1981. It's worth about $150 in Mint condition.
