Harvey is still alive, hard to believe but he is only 82. Looked older than that at his HOF speech. All I could find during a quick search was that Bill Kinnamon was the oldest at 91 until he passed away last year.

Also I know that only one Negro League umpire is still alive, Bob Motley. I knew that because I found his facebook page not long ago and that is how he is introduced.
