I have a 1200 lb jewelers, fireproof safe but if the plastic gets too hot inside the slabs could still melt. When I had a bigger (more valuable) collection I had a bank safe deposit box. Did you take any measures to protect your cards from the extraordinary in the safe deposit box? Poly bags?
