Frank, I'm fairly new to this board, and I was hoping you could explain something about the Monster number. Suppose I have a printer's scrap of a player, graded PSA Authentic because it was hand cut, and also missing some color. Can I count this scrap card toward my Monster number?
I need to know so I can determine my number. Thank you.
By the way, I've said it before but I'll say it again: that seeing through the plastic post was one of the all-time best.
