So now I know what Bart does with all the photos he outbids me on from ebay. I didn't know he was a dealer, I just thought he was a collector who buys tons of photos.

Anywyas, just for educational purposes, that is not technically scrapbook residue on the back. When news service photos would be archived by specific newspapers and magazines they would have filing systems. The Culver archives would glue them down to manila paper stock and then title them and make them sturdier for use and a reuse. The glue on the back is from being glued down and filed by the Culver Archives and then removed from the mount.
