If anyone here has not had the opportunity or inclination to bid in one of Barry Sloate's auctions, I would recommend them most highly. Everyone seems to mention and talk about Mastro, Leland, Lipset, Superior, Hunt's, etc. but not much is ever said about the Sloate auctions. Barry is a great person to work with and always friendly and helpful and is a throw back to the auctions of years ago when everything was a little more "collector friendly." Just my 2 cents.
Also, if anyone here won lot 89 in Barry's auction which was a 13 card E-card lot, I'd be interested in buying the G/VG E94 blue Bescher card. Please drop me a line if you might sell it.
Old Oriole, drop me an email about the lot of 6 E94s in Lipset's auction which you won. I'll be interested to hear from you when you receive the cards to get your take on the condition. Are you planning on having them graded?
