I charge $5.00 on all single/pair of graded cards under $200, which goes cardboard wrapped in a bubble mailer. $4 if it's under $100 The collectible insurance covers it and the PO provides free tracking. As the value increases I add a buck or two at each price level or the number of cards increases, to the point of where it becomes flat rate boxes, which can hold a lot for $14-18 plus a bit extra for the private insurance cost.
