The ranch was purchased during the 1950's, so the SGC 1940's dating is incorrect.

There is also an oversized version of the card, which I believe is considerably rarer.

Thank you for the post. I appreciate it. I had found that article when I was trying to do research on the postcard. I kind of thought the "1940s" by SGC was too early. I wonder if they then reconsidered and went with the equally vague "1950s" as a date.
