Judge Dred (Fred)The only problem with adding insurance (if it is not offered) is that postal insurance is something that has to be purchased at a post office. Not everyone uses a post office.
If paypal refunds your money you can always repay the seller when the package arrives. An email to the seller stating you received the package wouldn't hurt at all.
