Scott, could be right. It might be a wife/co-holder of the card making the claim.

Did the buyer leave feedback? If so, that might help challenge the claim.

I think in any case you will probably have seller protection.
Have to confess there have been short periods of time where I've bought so many cards that, like someone suggested above, I have mistakenly questioned a purchase I simply forgot all about. Ridiculous but true.
