They closed down for a while to reorganize the business. Part of the reorg, I believe, involved moving to a new state and making the business a part time endeavor.
From what I understand, they are back up and running and offering all of their products - only difference is that they are doing all order taking via email/internet.
I ordered two more archival binders with some custom printing (on the slip cover since I store them laying flat) last week - should have them in a week or two.
