Default Jim Thorpe card mystery solved!!!

As many of you know from my web site or other sources, Jim Thorpe has one exhibit card, a PC-back card issued ca. 1930 in conjunction with a movie set. The card was illustrated in an article I wrote for Old Cardboard (issue #5). The arcade card set appears to be directly connected with a strip card set issued in vertical strips of 10 cards. I always wondered whether a strip card of the Thorpe existed. A boxing card collector friend of mine just sent me a photo of his Thorpe Exhibit and the corresponding strip card, and I thought I would share it with you:
