JoannOddly, sadly, and interestingly - nothing. Wow. There's a realization. I seriously went through every card I own (didn't take long), and decided that there isn't one that I would absolutely positively say I would never part with.
I think it's because much of what I have is fairly common - things I could reasonably anticipate finding again down the road. By that standard, the two closest "never leaves" would be my N172 Ganzel (because it took me so dang long to find a Detroit N172) and my SGC 50 E97 McIntyre (because I'm not at all sure I could find such a nice version of a difficult set, and a Detroit player to boot - definitely the pride of the collection).
I think there are many many ways to ask the question "What's your favorite card (that you own)?". I have several ways I ask myself (will maybe start a thread on one someday), and each brings a different answer. This one I thought was a very interesting spin on the theme.
