I just now stumbled across this old thread, there is a pin of Walter Alston but I can't tell what number it is. He was elected to the HOF in 1983, #35 Don Drysdale was elected to the HOF in 1984 and #37 Enos Slaughter was elected to the HOF in 1985, so Alston may very well be #36. Can anyone make out the number?
