I found this while digging through a few boxes and thought it was neat enough to share. Back when I was pursuing my Masters' I was fortunate to be able to do a couple self-guided studies - one of them was "Alternate Investments" and I reached out to a few people (with very few responses) for the "Thesis"/Final Paper for the class.
