Dr.Koos...Power sellers must maintain LESS than 1 negative per 100 transactions. More amazing is if you add the neutrals to the negatives, this Ebayer has had almost 2300 NON-positive outcomes on his auctions. With those feedback stats, would anyone put any relative importance on whether or not his feedback comments were Private? Would it matter?
