Marc S.How can you say that he has been punished enough if he agreed to a lifetime ban? It would be different if he had not part in that, but if he was of sound mind at the time, and he willingly and of his own volition signed a lifetime ban from baseball -- how can you say the punishment does not fit the crime? He himself agreed to it 13 years ago! What has changed?
