If he wants to arrange his own shipping don't except Paypal. Paypal has very strict shipping requirements when the value is over $250 and even if you do everything right he could still make a claim through his cc and get his money back. If he wants to use Paypal it should be on your terms otherwise I would make him pay with a mo or cert check.
