You finally took my advice and bought a black light ....
The name above the name that appears to be McGraw looks a lot like Bill McKechnie who was the Pirates manager in 1925 , another name I recognize is Win Ballou who only played one season with Washington 1925 , Hard to tell if the signature on the ball is actually John McGraw but it does have some similarities
