Hi Henry,
I ordered an M.J. Roop archival three-ring folder for my 101-2s. They fit well, and the folder is a convenient way to view the cards--much better than top-loaders. If you don't know about them, their website is: www.mjroop.com.

I agree with Zach on the GAI holders--they could double as license-plate holders! Come to think of it, it would be cool having Joe Jackson on the front of my car!
