Leon that is exactly why I said no one is being forced to resubmit anything. I too dislike the idea of having to pay again. i also mentioned one of the reasons why people just might resubmit (registry)

My post was not to proclaim PSA as the greatest, just as an informational piece. It goes without saying that they will make money on this.

Thanks God you do agree with most of what i say though lol that is good to know.
