Sorry this Joe IMO is a No DiMaggio. The problem isn't with the Stacks of Plaques . Lou Scalia founded and ran SoP in the 1980s and1990s and I would vouch for Lou having done business with him as a single buyer and in a group buying corporation. The problem with SoP began after he sold the business . Also if the cert is real somebody could've switched pictures and put this in its place .
