The logo is from the 1984 LA Summer Olympics. McDonald's was a huge sponsor of that Olympics and ran an enormous marketing campaign that ultimately lost them millions. I don't think this has anything to do with the actual Olympics. Two thoughts...1) McDonald's sponsored basketball summer camps for youths (and other sports) - this could be a camp jersey. 2) Maybe an employee jersey that the employees wore during the Summer of '84.
