Default When is an Error Card NOT an Error Card?

Below you see a Tolstoi Murray portrait with paper loss where the broken A would be that might make this card the sought after Murr'y error. It is fun to have a laugh and say "Well, of course it is the caption error!". However, as T206 super sleuth Pat points out in post 22 of this thread,

http://www.net54baseball.com/showthr...light=murr%27y

every T206 Murr'y error has a little print dot to the left of the NY logo and every normal card lacks that dot. It is likely a little piece of the broken A that migrated up to the jersey when the letter "broke".

Conclusion: This really is a Murr'y even if we can't see any of the broken A.

(The card also told me that normal Murr'y errors are wusses because they didn't have guts to fully ditch their A's.)
