It is from a clothing book as was mentioned earlier. If you have ever seen those books the pages are extremely thick (as they often had swatches of actual fabric glued to the pages) and they are usually quite large.
Check out the area on the back where the newspaper clippings don't cover it. It says "Coat and Pants $_____" and directly below that simply "Pants $_____"
