Default Charles Mullen Conlon photo blue stamp

This Conlon photo of Charles Mullen dated 1914 has the Conlon Evening Telegram stamp in blue. I picked it up in a recent Love of the Game auction. I have no reason to doubt that it is what it is, but I had generally understood that blue stamps were an indication that it is likely bad.
Given the other attributes of the reverse and the obscurity of Mr. Mullen I have a hard time believing there is anything wrong with this, but thought someone more expert might want to weigh in.
Talk about editorial mark-ups!
