Alan UI put a sticky on all my submission forms (PSA & SGC) requesting items not eligible for a numeric be slabbed as "authentic".
Both companies have returned a couple cards unslabbed that have been "too" altered or are missing too much of the card. I'm not exactly what their standards are though.
