May I ask where have I lacked in customer service? Whenever a member contacts me I bend over backwards to help them out. I answer every email usually within minutes. Anyone can call anytime because my number is online and I will help them out over the phone. I take pride in my customer service and helping out the members and answering all questions thrown out at me on these boards. By you saying that is a real slap in my face and I do not appreciate it at all."
Your response time is second to none. I do feel your handling and subsequent responses to the price increase leaves a bit to be desired.
I have been with you since day #2 (literally), have never strayed to the competitrion, am #11 on your VIP member list, have e-mailed you several errors to correct over time and am paid through until September of 2009.
In summary, I have earned enough "goodwill" the last two years to give you some **** about your price increase.
