I recently bought what I was told was a 1966 partial set of Bears coke caps. However, as I was cataloging them, a thought came to me. How does one tell the difference between the 1965 and the 1966 Bears coke caps? Some are obvious like C9 Gordon 66 and Martin 65 and a few others but what about the C1 through C8 and others where the number is the same? Is there a way to tell the 65 from the 66? I do not have any 1965 so can't compare anything.
